San Diego Mega Fest 2026 Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering for the San Diego Mega Fest, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy for all overnight packages:
- 25% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from the first day of registration until September 6, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- 50% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from September 7, 2025, until December 6, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- 75% Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made from December 7, 2025, until January 6, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from fees paid.
- No Refunds: Beginning on January 7, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.
Additional Notes:
- All cancellation fees are deducted from payments already made.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the official cancellation form.
- Processing of cancellations may take up to 30 days.
