San Antonio 26 Overnight Packages

I understand that I must sign the Waiver of Liability Release Form to participate in any activities during the retreat.

I understand that I must select a package based on the number of occupants in my unit that will participate in fest activities and the package price is per person.

I understand that the package within my order is not valid unless it is paid in full by February 27, 2026. If it is not paid in full by this date, my package will be cancelled.

I understand that my reservation for the package within my order will not be confirmed with the hotel unless each person in my unit has paid for their package in full by February 27, 2026. If anyone in my unit has not paid for their package in full by February 27, 2026, I am responsible for upgrading my package to the correct number of unit occupants based on the package selected.

San Antonio Mega Fest 2026 Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering for the San Antonio Mega Fest, I acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy for all overnight packages:
• 25% Cancellation Fee: If I cancel from the first day of registration until October 27, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost will be deducted from the fees I have paid.
• 50% Cancellation Fee: If I cancel from October 28, 2025, until December 27, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost will be deducted from the fees I have paid.
• 75% Cancellation Fee: If I cancel from December 28, 2025, until February 27, 2026, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost will be deducted from the fees I have paid.
• No Refunds: Beginning on February 28, 2026, no refunds will be issued. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total package cost.

Additional Notes:
• All cancellation fees are deducted from payments already made.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the official cancellation form.
• Processing of cancellations may take up to 30 days.
• By completing registration, you agree to abide by this policy.
