Virginia Beach Retreat Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation fees apply to all Combo Ticket registrations for the GAINS FIT Retreat Virginia Beach (May 28-31, 2026). All cancellation fees will be deducted from fees already paid:

  • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total ticket cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from the first day of registration until November 28, 2025.
  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total ticket cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from November 29, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
  • A cancellation fee of 75% of the total ticket cost will be deducted from fees paid for cancellations made from March 1, 2026 to April 27, 2026.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 27, 2026; the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total ticket cost.
