May 3, 2023 to August 2, 2023, cancellation fee is 50% of the total package cost
August 3, 2023 to October 2, 2023, cancellation fee is 75% of the total package cost
After October 2, 2023 there are no refunds, cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the total package cost
