Mandy Kingsbury, Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Mandy Kinsgsbury

Mandy is a mom, grandmother, small business owner, and passionate fitness instructor who believes movement is for every body—at every stage of life.

In 2021, Mandy faced a season of deep loss with the passing of her father to Alzheimer’s disease, alongside the challenges of perimenopause. Rather than staying stuck in grief, she chose to rebuild—focusing on strength, resilience, and long-term wellness. That journey now fuels her mission to help others feel strong, capable, and supported in their own bodies.

In 2024, with encouragement from her coach and mentor, Miss Harrie, Mandy became a certified group fitness instructor. She now leads inclusive strength and endurance classes for ages 5 to 85, creating a space where all fitness levels feel welcome, seen, and empowered.
Mandy is deeply aligned with the belief that fitness is more than physical—it’s about connection, confidence, and community. Whether she’s coaching, volunteering, or simply moving alongside others, her goal is to help people experience joy, strength, and belonging in their fitness journey.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her outdoors hiking, swimming, running, or paddleboarding—or at home preparing nourishing, whole-food meals for her family.

“You don’t have to feel ready; you just have to start!”
