Raised in East Texas, Krismichelle has been a licensed Zumba Instructor for 14 years. She moved to San Antonio in 2013 to pursue her current career as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She taught several classes at Gold’s Gym during her time in school and after graduation.
Since giving birth to three beautiful sons, Kris now enjoys teaching part-time and volunteering her time for special fitness events and fundraisers. She loves that she gets to connect with people both in the dental operatory and on the dance floor by creating a safe place for vulnerability—whether it’s for their oral health or their mental and physical health.
